Here are several reminders as we move into fall:
As part of the community’s fall landscape maintenance program, the common areas have recently been aerated and seeded. This means that the grass in all common areas will be left uncut for 2 weeks to allow the seed to germinate and reach the necessary height before being cut. Thank you for your understanding!
Please remember that your governing documents call for no on-street parking. Please use your garage and driveways for the parking of vehicles associated with those living in your home. Guests are allowed to park on the streets when visiting your home.
Prior to altering any exterior portion of your home or yard, you must receive approval from the Architectural Review Board (ARB). This includes painting, fencing, removal of trees, deck additions, landscape improvements, etc. You can get the necessary forms from the Association Manager to submit to the ARB.
Please report any sinkholes located near drainage structures, water meters, sewer lateral cleanouts or other areas located within the public right of way (generally the area from the back of curb to 10’ into your yard) to the Isle of Wight Department of Public Utilities at 365-6319.
