Small Party Rates
This rental rates is for members only and for parties up to 35 people, including residents and non-residents. This rate is only available May 1st- September 31st, and is not available on holidays or on certain days per the Residents' Club Management's discretion.

Facility Rentals & Private Rental Rates
These facility rental rates and private rental rates include base staffing fees for up to 75 people. For each additional, 25 people at a swimming pool party and 50 people at a non-swimming event, a staff member will be added at the rate of $12.00 per hour. For swimming pool rentals, if more than 60 guests (including residents and non-residents) will be present, the rental must begin after 6pm.

Popcorn & Snow Cone Machine Rentals
The club can sell popcorn cups or snow cones during any rental for $1.00 each, or you can choose an option below.

Rental rates include all applicable pool guest fees. If you desire or need assistance, additional staff members may be added to your rental at the rate of $12.00 per hour, per staff member. Additional hours may be added, prior to the event date, at a prorated amount; all additional time is prorated by the hour only.If use exceeds the scheduled event time, an additional rental fee of $100 per hour or portion thereof will be charged in addition to staff and lifeguard fees. Depending on the amount of usage and time of year, the Residents' Club Management may adjust the rental rate to suit the needs of the facility.
A $100.00 security deposit, half the rental total and a signed contract are required to book a rental. The balance is due 7 days prior to the rental.
Please note- DJ's, bands, caterers and equipment rentals are permitted, however DJ's and bands are only permitted outdoors between the hours of 6pm-10pm.
