Before & After School Program

The Founders Pointe KiDZ KLuB offers before and after school activities for your children. The Residents’ Club provides a safe and supervised area for your child to do homework, make crafts, have breakfast, create-a-snack, play outside and inside sports, watch a movie, and have some FUN!

Before School Schedule:

Monday - Friday 

6:30am-8:15am

Cost per day  $9.00

Cost per week $35.00

After School Schedule:

Monday - Friday 

3:45pm-6:00pm

Cost per day  $10.00

Cost per week $40.00

Registration & Payment Guidelines

• Registration forms must be filled out completely for each child prior to the first day of the KiDZ KLuB program.
• Due to limited availability, registration will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  
• Full payment is due at the beginning of each week.
• There will be no refunds for days not attended that were scheduled and paid for. 
• Payment by check is preferred. Please make checks payable to FPHOA.
• A minimum of 5 children must be registered to hold the program for a particular day.
• 24 hour advanced notice must be provided if you child will be  attending an unscheduled day.
   

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures

Drop-off is at the Residents’ Club. Please notify us if your child will be picked up by someone other than you, or if there are any other arrangements varying from their normal routine that we should be made aware of.  We will make note of this in the registration book.  Pick-up at the end of the day will always be at the Residents’ Club.  Please be prompt in picking up your child, there will be an additional fee added for those picked up after 6:00p.m. The Residents’ Club will provide you with a permission slip to give to the bus driver indicating that your child may be picked up and dropped off at the Residents’ Club.

Fall Semester Schedule & Extended Program Hours

Extended after school program hours are subject to change and will be offered on early dismissal and no school days. There is an $8 additional charge for early dismissal days. To keep costs as low as possible, the charge for no school days will be dependant upon the number of participants and the activities planned. The charge for no school  days will be set within two weeks of the specified date.

 Extended Program Hours

• All children are expected to follow instructions from their counselors at all times. 
• Participate in activities with a positive attitude.
• At the beginning of each day participants will be expected to work on all assigned homework before they participate in games or activities.
• Clean-up after themselves, put games and supplies away.
• Be respectful and polite to Residents’ Club staff and other children.
• We cannot be responsible for losses or theft of belongings or valuables, but will be as cooperative as possible on recovering lost items.
• Participants must be fully potty trained.
