Host your child's birthday party at the Residents' Club. Together we can create your child's dream birthday party! Birthday party packages can be adapted to suit your needs by allowing the Residents' Club to do as little or as much of the work as you would like.

Basic Party Package

A two and a half hour party with three planned children's activities and swim time if during the pool season. Activities are customized to fit each individual party, guaranteeing the perfect entertainment for your child's interests.

Tablecloth, party horns, plates, cups, napkins and utensils based on the chosen theme.

A centerpiece balloon bunch with 1 Mylar balloon, plus a balloon for each party guest.

A Residents' Club staff member to coordinate and carry out birthday activities.

There are a maximum of 24 party guests, including the birthday honoree. You may provide your own food, beverages, cake , party favors, etc., or arrange for the Residents' Club to provide these items for an additional charge. All parties include non-themed paper and plastic supplies for two adult chaperones per 8 party guests. Party packages include pool use by birthday guests and 2 adult chaperones per 8 birthday guests. provided the party is held during the pool season. If the party is held out of season, swim time may be substituted with 2 additional games. Additional chaperones are subject to pool guest fees. Additional time may be added to the rental at the rate of $25 per 30 minutes.

 Party Guidelines

A contract must e signed in order to book the event. Full payment is due at the time of theme selection and confirmation.

Themed parties are non-refundable.

All theme parties must be scheduled a minimum of 14 days from the actual event date and all party plans must be finalized 48 hours before the party.

Adult chaperones are responsible for assisting with clean up after the party, to include spot sweeping, wiping down tables and chairs, and removing trash.

A parent or guardian of the birthday child must be present for the duration of the party. 

 Party Additions

 The Residents' Club can provide the following items and services for an additional charge. Additions must be paid in full and finalized 12 days before the event date.
