· Please make checks payable to: Founders Pointe Homeowners Association; and include your account number on your check, i.e. 828-123F.
· If you have a coupon book, please send payments to the address printed on the coupon.
· If you do dot have a coupon book, please send quarterly payments to:

· Payments may be made at the Suffolk office.
· The Founders Pointe Residents’ Club and Sales Office can not accept assessment payments.
